Quality management plan is greater than the sum of its parts. The purpose of this plan is to maximize and deliver upon the defined requirements to meet the specifications as defined by the requirements which are reliable and functional. In my opinion quality plans must strike a balance to reduce project risks and employee attrition while maximizing profits and customer satisfaction. It is paramount to an organization's health to strike a realistic quality plan which can scale itself gradually to continuously improve upon itself. Better, faster cheaper you can have two but not all three.

In PGMT 611, the stakeholder register lists the main players who influence the organizational change of the ITD project their input is crucial in managing the transition and instilling a quality work ethic within the organization.

Tools and Techniques
This paper written in PGMT 614, discusses tools and techniques to ensure conformance and passion to practice quality requirements and how to design quality assurance and quantitative methodologies to ensure conformance to defined requirements.
8.1.3
Outputs
The quality plan document created in PGMT 611, ITD an output discusses the importance of striving to implement quality standards in all aspects of the project and implementing a philosophy of continuous quality improvement.
